WHO CAN GO?
Almost anyone can go on the trip. People should be physically fit enough to walk a reasonable distance. Travelers must be at least 18 years of age to travel without a legal guardian.
WHO PROVIDES THE TRANSPORTATION?

WHERE WILL WE SPEND EACH NIGHT?
Each night will be spent in a quality hotel for at least eight hours. We spend most nights at Hampton Inn hotels. Their clean rooms, comfortable beds, quality service, and warm breakfast options have made them our hotel of choice.
WHAT CAN I BRING?
You may bring one large suitcase and small carry-on (per person). Travelers are responsible for handling their own luggage to and from hotel rooms. If you have prescription medication, please be responsible for it.
IS THE ITINERARY SUBJECT TO CHANGE?
Changes are made if Major League Baseball changes a game time. A game called due to rain/weather, a rain delay, extra-innings, road construction, or some other unforeseen event could impact the schedule. If we experience a cancelled game, we will be on to our next destination.
IS ALCOHOL ALLOWED ON THE BUS?
No. The goal of the trip is to maintain a family atmosphere whether you are traveling with family or friends.
SEATING LOCATION AT THE GAMES.
We usually get the best available group seating locations at each ball park. You will not take one of our trips and find yourself in the upper level. The reason our tours have so many repeat customers is because of the quality busses, drivers, hotels, and location of game tickets.
SEATING LOCATION ON THE COACH.
There will be assigned seating on the first day of the tour so nobody traveling together gets separated. We will also rotate seats during the tour.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
Transportation in a deluxe motor coach with air-conditioning, bathroom, and TV/DVD. It includes hotels, breakfast, game tickets, and everything in the itinerary. The only thing you have to pay for is meals and souvenirs.
HOW IS PAYMENT FOR THE TRIP HANDLED?
To reserve your spot on the bus, simply fill out the “Tour Registration Form,” along with a $300/person deposit. I’m sorry but credit cards are not accepted. Once registered, I will notify you of receiving down payment/registration. You will later receive final trip information in the mail (itinerary, hotel info, etc.).
WHAT IF I HAVE TO CANCEL?
Cancellations received 30 days prior to departure will receive a full refund only if a replacement is found. If there is nobody on a waiting list, we will refund whatever we can save by canceling your hotels.
